This book helps people to want to become better people and great leaders. The author had articulately expressed the attributes of a true leader. One example of an attribute is that genuine leaders look for ways to lead. He explains what makes a great leader and how to be one. And the most important point that the author stresses is to remember that having a high power title doesn’t really mean anything. Overall, I highly recommend this book because it is a great motivational tool to become a better leader.
